AFCEA B2B at TNT 2024 - Information & Registration

AFCEA Europe will organise the 10th annual Business-to-Business (B2B) Speed Dating Workshop during TechNet Transatlantic 2024 (TNT 2024) from 4 to 5 December 2024, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany,

AFCEA Europe will provide industry participants with the chance to meet with other industry participants during pre-arranged bilateral meetings, in the most comfortable atmosphere of dedicated meeting rooms at the conference venue.

After the previous B2B events in Prague, Rome, Lisbon, Bucharest, Madrid, Tallinn, Ottawa and Berlin this will be another great opportunity for Small-and-Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) as well as large corporations to meet potential partners and to find new business opportunities. So far, we had 243 companies from 26 different countries that held more than 1.210 bilateral meetings that resulted in more than 250 business opportunities.

• Participation eligibility

• TNT 2024 sponsors/exhibitors and registered conference participants
• Company profile (PDF/PPT/PPTX) sent no later than 15 October 2024
• Short information provided not later than 15 October 2024
• (a) meeting requests – before and during the event,
• (b) offered and
• (c) expected business opportunities
• Agreement that all the information requested above will be published before and during TNT 2024 on the website and made available to other B2B participants;
• Availability of company representative(s) (provide the contact person’s name, email, working mobile phone number during TNT 2024) to meet other participants on request, to be announced 4 hours before the requested meeting.
• B2B participation will be free of charge for TNT24 sponsors, exhibitors and registered conference participants (up to three representatives per company).

  Deadlines

• Registration deadline: 15 October 2024
• Company profile/information submission: 15 October 2024
• Meeting pre-arrangement requests: 25 November 2024
• Pre-final agenda will be published on: 30 November 2024
• Final agenda will be published on: 3 December 2024

• B2B arrangement

• B2B meeting rooms will be open every day of the conference (20 to 22 May). Opening hours:
• (a) Monday 4 December: 10:00 - 16:30
• (b) Tuesday 5 December: 10:00 - 16:00
• The meetings rooms will be available for pre-arranged meetings between two companies.
• Each meeting will be organised as a private session and may last no longer than 25 minutes.

• B2B Agenda

• The B2B Agenda will be published on 30 November 2024.

Registration form

Industry attendees will be able to register for the B2B speed dating workshops once they have registered for the conference. You will receive a link to register in your conference registration confirmation email. Last date to register is 15 October.

Registration for TechNet Transatlantic will open in August.
